which conjugate for the secondary antibody in immunohistochemistry - (May/02/2008 )

I'm going to study the expression of Hsp70 in the animal tissue by immunohistochemistry and I'm wondering which conjugate should be used for the secondary antibody: a fluorescent dye which I'm afraid makes a lot of background and not helpful to compare protein levels in two different conditions ... or a biotinylated one?

It exist Kits with different dyes attached to secondary antibodies to do this type of analysis look a bit what's available but there's a lot of them for differential expression screening

for example this
