Best website of a research group - Which is your favourite? (Apr/24/2008 )

Hello!
We want to re-design our group's website. And I would like to see some good examples regarding structure and design.
Any good suggestions? We will not copy anything. Just want to get some good ideas..
Thanks!

Hi,

one that springs to my mind is the site of David Myszka's group:

http://www.cores.utah.edu/interaction/index.php

It's a bit short on info, but I like the minimalistic approach with an artsy feel to it.

I like THIS site of Dr Sheila Stewart. One reason could be because stuffs available are relevant to my work.(Telomerase, transfection etc).

i'd second tfitzwater's link. that site is awesome.

if you're going to add photo's of the lab members... don't pick the one where everyone looks really depressed.

I don't know if I agree. Of course website is great, but with that registration thingy, it is more like an intranet site, not web..

Anyways, I don't recall even one awesome website, so I shouldn't criticize the one tfitzwater suggested!
