programmes for protein sequences characterization - (Apr/24/2008 )

I have a many of protein sequences and i want a programme that can characterize it in terms of antigenicity, hydrophobicity , etc.

I used CLC protein work bench programme but it is a trial version. is there other programmes deals with these characterizations
