Hi all,

If I want to prepare 28% glucose, that's mean that I have to weigh 28 g glucose. the question is, do i need to measure 100 ml water earlier then add directly to the 28 g glucose in a test tube (the volume will be more than 100 ml because of displacement of glucose) OR I add up water in a test tube containing 28 g glucose until it reach 100 ml (the exact volume of water will be less than 100 ml). Which method is correct?

i think u have to dissolve your glucose first in a small volume of water (50 ml for example) then when it diisolves completely, add the water till it reaches 100ml !
