methylated restriction sites - (Apr/18/2008 )

I have a question that If a DNA site is methylated then it will not be restricted by the enzyme. Second if we aplify the same fragment through the PCR and cut try it cut with the restriction sites does it will be cut by the enzyme or not.

PCR fragments are definitely not methylated, so yes, they will be cut
