Fourier transformation - simple software? (Apr/13/2008 )
we have some physiological kinetics data of which we think that they are caused by various interfering oscillations;
is there a simple way of (Fast) Fourier transformation?

Matlab (costs $£$£) or R (free as in beer) would be a good place to start.

It's a real pain to google (not being a dick - when you get stuck looking for 'r' is almost pointless!). Google 'R-Cran project' (I should have put this in the original - my bad)

here is the download site (if you haven't already found it):
r-cran project
i found it through versiontracker.com
