PCR Help! - Primers-quality checking software (Apr/07/2008 )

Hi, could anyone kindly tell me what kind of primer-quality checking software you are using now?

Vector NTI, but have also used PrimerSelect (DNAStar). Both are good.

i design my primers using Primer3
