His-tag replaced with GST-tag! - (Apr/03/2008 )

Can someone point me in the direction please of replacing a histidine tag with a GST tag, maybe with some sort of protocol. I have the GST plasmid already i just need a protocol which can help. Thanks for the help.

what do you mean by changing from HisTag to GST? So you have a His Tag construct, and you need to make GST construct? Am I right?

DIgest again and clone it back into GST plasmid?

Or you could design a PCR primer with a HIS-tag in the place of the GST tag and then re-clone it into your vector.
