Abs for Flow - (Apr/03/2008 )

Hi...
I have uncojugated cytokeratin3 mAb for immunohistochemistry and western blotting purchased from chemicon....can I use the same antibody for Flow although this application has not been mentioned in the data sheet....???? basically what is the basic difference between these two....

If it works for immunohistochemistry, I would make a bet that it will work for FACS, but you should also have negative cells for control.
