can not find notI DNA sequence - looking for DNA sequence (Aug/19/2004 )

I am searching for the DNA sequence of the gene coding for the restriction enzyme NotI. The protein comes from Nocardia otitidis.

Have a look at this patent (e.g. at http://www.espacenet.com/ )

Morgan, Richard David; Benner, Jack Stanley; Claus, Toby Elizabeth. Molecular cloning of gene for NotI modification methylase and restriction endonuclease genes of Nocardia otitidis-caviarum. Eur. Pat. Appl. (1994), 21 pp. CODEN: EPXXDW EP 607005 A2 19940720 CAN 121:275266 AN 1994:675266

At least they seem to give the 5'-end of the sequence and the primer sequences.
