IS anyone know how to make a recombinant interferon-gamma conversion from ng/ml - (Apr/01/2008 )

I got mouse and human recombinant INF-gamma from R&D Systems. They were shipped to me by 100ug per tube, but many papers used them by U/ml. I want to get help for conversion. Thanks ahead!!

Probably best to ring/e-mail R&D to check this is right but:-
Human IFN gamma 10 million U/mg protein from R&D (Mcloughlin et al JCI 2003).
