HEK293 - (Mar/31/2008 )

Can some one tell me HEK293 cell which is used for electrophysiology purposes as well. In which form they are available.
During their culturing they multiply or they are silenced to not increase in thier mass, or silenced to some other genes as well

293 are a neural crest derived cell line they are very easily cultured and grow rapidly. They are p16 null, but I can't remember what else. Check out the ATCC website for more information.

You can! It is just too many articles you have to go through, and no one has the time for that.
