genomic microarray for dog? - (Mar/30/2008 )

we like to screen whole genome (DNA) of dog; does anyone has experience and may recommend a commercial available chip?

yes..agilent has a canine array..I think its a custom array, not a catalog one

The link above is for the 44k gene expression array. Genotypic Technology, India has designed a 244k CGH array for dog which i guess is available on request
