Can anyone tell me where I can find a protocol about how you can create a co-culture with CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells and an OP9 or OP9DL1 celline

Which cells do you want to differentiate into? I have cultured NK and T cells on OP9DL1s from BM. I don't have the exact details on me though, but can email a former colleague if no one else here can help.

I'd like to culture CD34+ cells from CB into T cells.
