I need to transiently transfect primary hepatocytes with siRNA. please tell me which transfection reagent to use?

Hey Saish, did you figure out how to do the transfection? I intend to transfect some primary hepatocyte next month...so if you find out, please share it with me too...btw, sre you transfecting vector based siRNA or synthetic duplex?
