welcome ur ideas and suggestions -

i work with isaolation of microbes potential for degrading various hydrocarbon pollutants. having a problem with salt precipitaion with minimal media (MM2, MSM).

request your suggetion.

Hi maybe you could try to autoclave your medium without phospahte. Sterilize them in separate bottles. If your medium and your buffer are mixed you can get precipitation
