Did anyone ever use hydrocortisone?
If so please let me know
1. what is the final concentration of hydrocortisone generally used in culture dish?
2. what is stock solution concentration?
3. what is the component in stock solution? or how to prepare it? does stock solution need to be filtered?
4. how long should I culture cells after treatment?

we use 10 nM end concentartion for epithelial primary cells; stock 10-100 µM; of cause sterile filtration is necessary
