Problem about the size of array and volume of probe lebelling - (Mar/12/2008 )

Now I try to cunstruct the DNA array using nylon membrane. The size of the membrane is 11.5 x 7.6 cm while the volume of probe lebelling (around 20 ug of biotinylated cRNA) will be generated around 200 ul. I just wonder, if I use add 200 ul of lebelled probe in 6 ml of hybridization solution, the lebelled probe can be hybridized on the membrane or not? Are there any dilution effects? Anyone who have the experience about this problem please let me know. Thank you for any kind suggestions.

Did that before in 5 ml hyb. buffer.Never had a problem.It will bind to the target.

Thank you very much for your kind suggestion. I found some experiment used the hybridizatio solution around 20 ml. I will try as you suggest me.
