[Help] How to dissolve Poly(I:C) - (Mar/03/2008 )

I bought some Polyinosinic acid polycytidylic acid from a small company and they showed us the absorption spectrum of it in water. But I don't see what kind of water they used to dissolve Polyinosinic acid polycytidylic acid. Since it is a RNA mimicry, I assume I should use DEPC treated water. Is that correct?
Any suggestion is welcome.
