labelling primary antibody with fluorescent tag - (Feb/19/2008 )

I have to fluorescently label my primary antibody with eosin. Does anyone know the protocol for that?

are you sure you need to use eosin - its a generic dye that if carried over will also label your tissue - whats wrong with a standard secondary antibody?
