Can anyone tell me how to isolate DNA from serum?????

Just wondering, which cell type do you wish to extract DNA from in serum? In other words, what is the source of DNA. I am sure that I am not understanding the question, but my impression was that serum is cell free.

I think he is measuring free DNA in the serum, I remember there are a lot of studies like that
