Myelocult HCC-5100 appears to be a trade name for a culture medium from Stem Cells Technology. You probably will not find the exact composition listed. The primary literature on isolation and culture of the cells you are using will probably give you an idea of the composition you need. But you might be better served by purchasing the medium rather than trying to make it from scratch.

Do you know what company the cells came from? If you call them they should give you the necessary components and concentrations.

MYELOCULT H5100
MYELOID LONG-TERM CULTURE MEDIUM
FOR PRIMITIVE HUMAN HEMATOPOIETIC CELLS

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This medium contains horse serum (12.5%), fetal bovine serum (12.5%) and 2-mercaptoethanol
(10-4 M) in alpha MEM supplemented with L-glutamine (2 mM), I-inositol (0.16 mM) and folic acid
(16 μM). These components have been pretested and selected for their ability to optimally initiate and
maintain myelopoiesis in long-term cultures of human bone marrow.1-5
Half-media changes at weekly intervals should sustain myelopoiesis for at least 5 - 8 weeks.
