SYbrgreen PCR protocol for the rookie - (Feb/11/2008 )

Hi,
I have never set up real-time for ChIP samples or for that matter Rt-PCR samples.Can someone guide me with materials that I need and the step-by-step detailed protocol for quantitating ChIP samples using the sybr-green protocol?

I need to look at recruitment of nuclear receptor on the TMPRSS2 locus in presence of hormone- My ChIP samples are processed and ready to go for realtime.

I need help ASAP for a paper revision and all help will be appreciated

You should go to the Applied biosystems website. They are a reference in qPCR!
