Problem with expression of DsRed fusion protein. - (Feb/11/2008 )

Hello,

I have a problem with the expresion of DsRed, my fusion protein seems to aggregate, i want to know if somebody has the same problem and what can i do?

Dsred is not a monomer so it aggregates. i forget if it was a dimer or a tetramer. Try some monomeric fluorescent proteins like acGFP (clontech).
