Ethanol precipitation- amount of RNA? - (Feb/11/2008 )

Hi! I wonder how small amounts of RNA that can be precepetated with ethanol without loosing it all.

I'm thinking the reason no one has replied to your post yet is because it lacks a bit of detail. What are you trying to do? How much are you starting with? You will lose some by precipitating with ethanol, but your yield depends a great deal on your starting material.
