Resuspension at high density - (Feb/07/2008 )

Hi - my encapsulation experiments require cell suspensions at high density. Is it possible to have 2 million cells in a 10ul volume? Otherwise I'll have to look for alternative methods.

Thanks,
- Eli

if 1 µl is 1 mm3, you may get at least 1.000.000 cells of 10 µm diameter into it but I doubt 2.000.000; it predominantly depends on cell size

Hmm, I think I'm just going to resuspend it in a different solution first, that will give me more volume and not have to worry about trying to suspend in such a tiny volume.
