Can any one help to transfect these cells ? - SCN neuron transfection (Jan/29/2008 )

Hi folks,

I have been trying to transfect these SCN neurons for a while now, but hardly i could do it. I am using dosper reagent. Can anybody suggest me a transfection reagent or some other methods that can help increase the transfection efficiency. What I am getting at the moment is not even 5%.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Amaxa has something for neurons but you might have to buy their apparatus. I know someone who had tried it in hippocampal neurons with high efficiency.
