Isolation entire gene from degenerate primer - isolation of entire gene (Jan/19/2008 )

Dear guys
I have primers of genes in cluster designed from conserved DNA sequence in center and end of gene (s)
I want to isolate whole gene from these primer which anneal in center and end and dont lose any sequence of gene
I want techique to isolate entire gene

you can use the primers you have to sequence the entire gene (designing intermediate primers as necessary). then you can design the other end primer and pcr the entire gene.
