GFP-Hygromycin vector - (Jan/14/2008 )

I am looking for a GFP reporter vector with selecting gene other than Neomycin (Hygromycin is preferred).

Does someone have it or know which company has it?

I am currently using Invitrogen pTRACER vector system with blasticidin as the selectable marker. The blasticidin is fused with the GFP using an EF-1 alpha promoter with my gene using a CMV promoter. They also make one with Zeocin as the selectable marker. I have had good results with blasticidin so far (in NIH 3T3 cells and K562 cells). They also make the vector such that the GFP uses CMV promoter and your gene using human EF-1 alpha promoter.
