what to dissolve antibiotic in - (Jan/11/2008 )

Hey everyone,
I wanted to know if I'm going to use antibiotics in mammalian cell culture what should the antibiotic (i'm using 3 , hygromycin, G418 and neomycin) be dissolved in? water or PBS?

We dissolve antibiotcs in PBS and sterile filter them.
