Transformation of pCMV-sport6 vector to DH5 alpha competent cells - (Jan/10/2008 )

I want to express som genes. The cDNA I want to use is in a pCMV-Sport6 vector, does anyone have experience with transformation of this vector into DH5 alpha competent cells? - just want to know if I can use the competent cells I already have

Most plasmids can be transformed in DH5-alpha without any problem. I think your vector should be fine in DH5-alpha.
