EtBr/DNA separation methods - (Jan/03/2008 )

hi all,

I was in hopes that someone could help me with a problem I've been having trying to separate DNA with EtBr intercalated in the base pairs, and EtBr that has not been absorbed by the DNA. Ive thought about using HPLC or glass milk beads, nothing really seems to be what I need. Can anyone help?

a PD-10 column? this is a sephadex G25 based desalting column. GE or sigma carries it.
