centrifugation speed for fixed cell - (Jan/02/2008 )

do anyone know how high speed of centrifugation can fixed cell (formalin fixed) withstand? will the cells burst or change morphology in high speed (ie 13,000 rpm)

thank you very much in advance

fixed cells tend to be easier to spin down than unfixed ones. Why would you need to use high speed like that?

My experience:
Fix Zebrafish cell using cold ethanol for FACS assay.
After fixing, 400g (about 1800 rpm) for 5 minutes is enough for centrifugation.
