RNA storage for microarray study - (Dec/17/2007 )

Hi everyone,

I am plan to perform miRNA array experiment, I wonder whether could I add some RNase inhibitor into the extracted RNA? Or any better way to maintain them in good state?

Thank you

I have always stored by RNA at -80 and have used RNasin (Invitrogen?). For long term storage you can precipitate your RNA and just spin/wash when you are ready to use it.
