what is good for capture of biotinylated DNA? - (Dec/11/2007 )
I am using biotinylated primer to do PCR. I am not sure which way is good to capture the PCR product. Any sugesstion will be appreciated.

PCR extraction column?
Ethanol percipitation?
Avidin or Streptavidin coated beads?
Umm... could you repeat the question. I am not sure what you what to do with the biotinylated PCR product

Avidin beads would work well. If you want to isolate the product on a larger surface eg array ,avidin- or streptavidin-coated slides.

I am trying to use the biotin-labeled primer to get specific fragment. When I use one set of primer L and E, I can get some non specific PCR product from only one single primer E, If I label the primer L with biotin, after bindng with Streptavidin coated tube or bead, I can remove the non-specific PCR products. I am trying to find a easy, cheap method for purifying the PCR products.

gel purification should do. Load your PCR products into a gel, run the gel and then cut out the slab that contains the desired PCR product.

That is impossible, they have same size, only several base pair difference

which company is better, how about Dynabeads Streptavidin from Invitrogen?

By capture do you mean immobilize on beads and then elute ssDNA? I tired Dynabeads from Promega and had very poor binding, and I know of several people who complain of similar poor efficiency with them. I've heard the Magnasphere ones are much better, but they are more expensive.
