I have the sequence of one RNA (20nt) in plant organism, which strategy is the best for cloning it?

Use to 3' RACE and 5' RACE kits from Invitrogen

synthesize 2 primers in complementry,and anneal to each other, then clone. if you like, you can add restriction sites to the primer so that it's easier to put in a vector.
