Calcul dilution for CFU - (Nov/27/2007 )

Hi,

I am working with mycobacteria and for some experiment I need to realise different plating. So I do dilution and plate on petri dish.
After one month I count the CFU for the different dilution and my question is which formula can I use to know the right CFU with the results of the different dilution???
