about sequencing - help! (Jun/20/2004 )

Is there anyone who has the experience of sequencing the region with high GC% content or with a strong terminator (2nd structure)?

have you tried adding DMSO to sequencing reaction (1 microliter in a 16 microliter reaction), and / or sequencing at higher temperature?
