How to Transfect T cells - (Nov/18/2007 )

Anyone has experiences in transfecting T cells? naive CD4+ T cell,for example.

either electroporation or lentivirus.

Nucleofection with amaxa works well also. Recently we tested this (on PBMC and different T-cell lines) and I don't know by heart the succes rate, but it was very high when compared to any other method and rather low toxicity.
