Immunohistochemistry of anti-ki-67 on paraformaldehyde-fixed mouse frozen tissue - (Nov/15/2007 )

Hello, I want to perform IHC on mouse (uterus) frozen tissu fixed with paraformaldehyde with the proliferation marker Ki-67.
First, what is the best Ki-67 antibody (company and #clone) and is there a special protocol which could give the best results (only the major points to consider)?
Thank you very much

An antigen retrieval protocol might help with better detection.

that would be triton x rather than boiling in citrate buffer

Ive tried them from dako, novocastra and vector and they are pretty foolproof - acetone might be a better fix than Pfa

Ki67 is pretty easy - i use it and beta catenin when i'm teaching people immuno for the first time
