storage of ammonium sulphate purified antibodies - (Nov/13/2007 )

i want to store ammonium sulphate purified antibodies for a long time. please tell me if storage at -20c will not lose activity of antibodies.

I don't know any antibody that lose activity when stored at -20°C. but, if you want to be carefull, maybe you could store with 50% of glycerol, so it will not freeze.
