composition of Qiagen RDD buffer - (Nov/09/2007 )

We are developing a new DNase, and thus need to test it in different buffers, including buffers that are commonly used.

However, all these secret buffers makes life a bit hard.
Can anyone tell me what the composition of Qiangens RDD buffer?

Many Qiagen kits give the composition of their buffers such as the quickspin kit. Have you looked into their protocol book or website.
