cell - why? (May/28/2004 )

hi, everyone

I have one question to ask : There appears some black dots in my

cultured cells ,but if the amplifying power of electron microscope is

changed , some vacuoles rather than black dots can be seen. Does

someone know how this happen?

perhaps your microscope is dirty.
