difference between "electrophoresis grade glycine" and regular old gly - (Oct/25/2007 )

is there a big difference? I want to elute proteins...can i use the recipe that calls for "glycine" by using the electrophoresis grade glycine?

electrophoresis grade is purer than standard grade so your solutions will be closer to expected concentrations.
