can someone recognize this kind of contamination?
and if there's chance or way to get rid of it?

This is very common occurence if 1) the cells are overgrown - left in the T flask for too long 2) if the cells are not properly resuspended after trypsinization.
Are you sure this is fungal contamination? Does this reappear after splitting the cells again? What kind of cells are these? This looks like a lump of cells to me. It might not be contamination.

I agree that this actually does not look like a contamination but rather a big ball of cells. I get this sometimes when I'm in a hurry and don't let the trypsin seperate each cell. Rather I bang the edge of the flask to dislodge the cells and then try to pipette up and down to break up clumps but I always get something like this. What you can do is take the media from these cells and put it in a new dish. Watch it for a couple days to see if you get any growth of a contaminate. I'm willing to bet, however, that you are just rushing your splitting. Let the cells sit with the trypsin for a few more minutes and pipette up and down to break up any clumps. If you want, there are commercial anti-mycotic solutions you can add into your media along with the pen/strep.

what kind/type of cells?

the pic atleast dont tell that this is a contamination, surely the cells were clumped ('cause of over trypsinisation), and I will suggest u to get the culture tested for mycoplasma infection rolleyes.gif

Hm, as for me these pictures show ES cell culture. I'm I right? If yes, then I might say that this is not a contamination but ES colonies, moreover I wouldn't pick them up coz they already differentiating.
