passage of cell culture and protein locolization - (Oct/23/2007 )

Did anybody ever see change of locolization of a protein differs in the same cell type but different passage?

A protein could change its localization depending on the state of the cell and its own. If activated the proteins might move out of some compartments and into others.

Some proteins just have multiple localizations and one might see few of the locations at any given time point.
