protein mistargeting - (May/20/2004 )

hi everyone,

i would like to see if there is protein mistargeting( in this case a mitochondrial protein mistargetted into the cell membrane) any ideas how should i do this aside from doing an immunohistochemistry.

maybe GFP fusion proteins?
