HI! anyone have protocol for isolation of RNA from seed?..advanced thanks.

What kind of seed?

What method are you using? Kit, trizol...
Some manufacturers have instructions for that kind of stuff. Do check that.

thanks...its rice seed and i have to use trizol

Well, we work with rice here in the lab, but we only extract RNA from grown plants...

I've never tried doing so with seeds and I don't think anyone here in the lab has done so...
