I will perform a WB recently with phosphospecific antibody: human B-Raf
Has someone ever try this antibody before?
I've just bought it from santacruz and hope that this AB must be work in my hand .(Which is less possible to be true)

if someone used to try this AB, could you tell me how was it? It would be helpful

you need a positive control; if this also fails, contact Santa Cruz, and describe your problem

block your blot with bsa. do not use milk, it contains phosphoproteins which may give rise to high background.
