Redox sensitive dyes - measuring ROS (Oct/02/2007 )

I like to start measuring ROS with redox sensitive dyes, preferrably in live cell imaging but not necessarily;

may someone share its experience with these kind of experiments? especiaLLY; which dyes are to recommend, what are the main pitfalls in measuring ROS dyes?
